Mulwaree Year 10 Formal

Well it was that time of year again for students to dress up and enjoy a night of friendship, love, attention and celebration of another chapter closing on their lives..

Formals are a memorable time for all involved, being the student, parents, teachers or even the photographer.. for me this was my first big event to date.. I couldn't have been more pleased that i was asked to document and capture the Mulwaree year 10 formal.

It completely took me back to my formal, which by the way was roughly 14 years ago. Seeing all the pride and glee in everybodies eyes at such an important event just makes you feel happy..

We started off in Belmore park Goulburn, The weather most certainly was not on our side but she did hold off for a tad while we were able to grab some gorgeous shots. sprinkles and misty rain did not deter these students from enjoying their night.. Whats that saying "don't let the weather rain on your parade". well that's exactly what these kids didn't let happen. not one complaint for anybody, just smiles and happiness from all.

After the initial appearance at the park we headed to the Goulburn workers club where things kicked off. photos were taken, food was eaten, awards were handed as they danced the night away. All in all i must say this was a very enjoyable night and i had a great time meeting students and capturing memories for them to cherish and remember for their entire lives..
